Goldex Reduces Emissions and Haulage Costs with Railveyor
Mining’s commitment to a cleaner future with net zero carbon emissions is demanding closer technology partnerships between mines and their suppliers; this has been well demonstrated with the installation of our innovative Railveyor material haulage system at Agnico Eagle Mines’ Goldex mining complex in Quebec.
By comparing known emissions from Railveyor and emissions from a truck haulage simulation, the company uncovered that Railveyor reduces emissions from haulage as much as 39% over multiple years.
